What is a self-portrait session?
A self-portrait session is a private photography experience where you become the photographer. Using professional studio lighting, my camera with an easy-to-use remote, you'll capture your own images at your own pace.

A FUN EXPERIENCE
I have a lot of clients who want to experience different photography sessions but are lacking the confidence to do so. This session provides privacy which allows you to let go and just enjoy the experience. I personally tried it out and would absolutely recommend everyone to try it!
BUDGET FRIENDLY
This option is cheaper than a regular boudoir session since there is no guidance and you are in charge of what is captured. You are paying for the use of space, use of the camera and lights, as well as the editing process.

FAQ
When I should choose a self-portrait session instead of full session?
These sessions are a great option for those whom lack the confidence to experience any type of session but really want to have the experience. These are also great for anyone looking for better than a cell phone portrait but don't want to book a full session.
can my self-session be absolutely private? even from yourself? how does that work?
If you wish to have a completely private experience, that can also be done. I will still be in the next room if you need any help. The price is the same, but you will have to supply your own SD Card. Full private sessions will have no edited images, images will be in JPEG format, unless you have access to programs that require RAW format.
How do i capture good images? and how do i know they are good enough?
The camera will be set on a tripod for the entire self-session and you will be in control of the wireless controller. The camera will be connected to a laptop so you can monitor every image you take. If you need help, I will be in the next room.
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
Additional images can be purchased, or you can upgrade to the full gallery. If you choose to bring your own memory card and do an absolutely private session, you take home every image on your card. Important note: if you bring your own card, you will take full responsibility for your images, they will not be backed up on my device.
